Armin is a result driven executive with 18+ years ‘corporate experience in leading and operationalizing Data Management and Data Governance programs in Financial Services (Insurance), Information Technology and Media industries across Europe and the Middle East. He has a strong interest in value creation, operational excellence, and innovation. Armin holds a master’s degree in business informatics from Reutlingen University in Germany. Currently serving as the Lead of the Data & Records Governance unit at Swiss Re in Zurich, he is responsible for the Data- and Records Governance framework for the company. Before assuming his present position, Armin worked as the Head of Data Governance at MBC Group in Dubai. Preceding this role, he held Data Management and Data Governance positions at both Zurich Insurance Group and Microsoft in Switzerland.
