Melvin Quimis – Senior RegTech Specialist | Bank of England

Melvin is the Senior RegTech Specialist at the Bank of England. He works within the Innovation area of the Prudential Regulation Authority. The team is at the forefront of researching, applying and delivering advanced analytical solutions. This includes leading the implementation of Regulatory Technology (Reg-Tech) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives with a focus on regulation and supervision. Within Innovation, Melvin also leads the external engagement stream. He actively collaborates with fellow Central Banks at a global level, and works with leading tech companies, universities and private/public sector organisations.
